Disabling the McAfee Antivirus program
Note: If the McAfee antivirus program is compatible with the updated Windows OS version, disable McAfee and then update Windows 10.
Click the Start icon or press the Win key on the keyboard.
Type ‘mcafee’ in the Windows search bar and select your McAfee antivirus program from the search results.
Navigate to the PC Security tab and select the Real-Time Scanning option.
Click the Turn Off option in the main panel.
