Sometimes, Norton can block Outlook. To fix the issue, proceed with the steps below.
Start Norton. When you see the My Norton window, open Device Security.
Click Settings. In the Settings window, click AntiSpam.
Go to the Client Integration tab and click the slider close to Outlook under Email Clients.
Click Apply and then click Close.
Close all running programs and then restart your PC.
Now, re-enable the Outlook option under Email Clients in Norton.
