  • Go to the Settings section.
  • Choose the Firewall option followed by General Settings. Click on the Network Trust option.
  • Select the Configure option.

If your network is added to the Public list, then there is a way to enable the Public network to allow file sharing.

You can enable the Public network using the Norton antivirus Public Network exception UI.

  • Navigate to the Norton antivirus application’s Settings section.
  • Select the Firewall option followed by General Settings.
  • Click Public Network Exception > File and Printer Sharing.
