How to Disable Eset Nod32 Antivirus Firewall?

ESET NOD32 Antivirus is a security application that protects your device from phishing emails, ransomware, spyware, and malware. Disabling the firewall in ESET NOD32 antivirus will disable the HTTP, POP3, and IMAP scanning. It stops filtering the network traffic and leaves your device vulnerable to threats. Carry out these steps to disable the firewall on ESET NOD32 Antivirus:

  • You need to open the ESET NOD32 Antivirus software first.
  • On the ESET security main screen, navigate to the left-side panel to select the Setup option.
  • In the Setup window, select the Network Protection tab.
  • Toggle the Firewall button off and set the duration for the firewall to remain disabled.
  • If you wish to disable the firewall temporarily, choose a duration from the drop-down menu and click the Apply button.
  • If you wish to disable the firewall permanently, choose the Disable permanently option from the drop-down bar.
